My computer can't access Microsoft Store or support. Visiting the support site shows "access denied".

I have been looking for a way to download the Microsoft store, I have tried to find it on Google, but whenever I click the link from Microsoft, it sends me to an "about blank" page. Nothing seems to be working and whenever I try to find a new way to fix it, I find a new problem which is trying to update windows which for some reason I can't do, and it displays (0x80070643). When I tried to find support to help me with this on multiple devices it sends me to an access denied tab. I would love to insert images to help, but that doesn't work either.I am using Windows 10 Enterprise
