My child's account doesn't appear in my Family Safety account but my account appears in theirs.

Hello I was trying to purchase an app for my childs laptop. It requested a confirmation from the parent. I didn't receive any notifications.Checked the Family Safety account and my child's profile doesn't appear in mine. My profile appears in theirs. I sent them a request to join from my account which was received. When we went to accept it says that they need to leave the family group to join another. There is no option to leave a family group on their profile (only provides an option to change their profile picture).Trace id: ctNLihDtakqrbN7f.30.62
