My charging port in my laptop is broken, can it be fixed?

The charging port in my laptop has all but stopped working. It barely works, and when it does, it will stop if you move it a certain way. Can this be replaced and fixed? I think something got inside of it, and that’s why it doesn’t work. It is a pavilion gaming laptop, navida and up to date.
