My camera isn't working and shows a camera with a line in it.

I pressed F12 and the camera button but the camera's still not working. The setting is also normal. When I tried turning on the camera, the camera lights are working but the camera itself is not. I really need the camera fixed and working before May since I have a very important exam. Please help
