My camera does not work in Windows 11 on notebook. What is anissue?

I bought notebook Lenovo IdeaPad FLex 5 a half year ago. I tried to use its integrated camera. It did not work in all applications. I checked that in Settings -Privacy-Camera all permissions were ON. I went to Settings-Blue Tooth/Devices-Cameras-Integrated cameras. I saw the following message: "Your camera is reporting that it is blocked or turned off by a switch or button on your device."
