My button for add device on bluetooth is there but when i click it nothing happens

So when i click add device on bluetooth nothing happens. I accidentally removed my controller a year ago but now i want to play something with it using bluetooth but my pc just doesnt let me. If anyone have or had this problem and found fix please answer.
