My built-in computer microphone is not working.

Hi everyone,Since last week, my computer's built-in microphone has stopped working. I've tried several troubleshooting methods, but nothing has worked so far. The authorized service won't provide remote support and is asking me to ship the device. I'd be really happy if I could fix this issue before sending it in.When I connect a Bluetooth headset with a microphone, that microphone works, but the built-in one still doesn’t.
