My brand new pc keeps getting "critical process died"

I built this pc and did a fresh windows install but randomly it started getting stop code:system service exception once every hour so I tried to fix it by doing sfc scannow and dism commands, which didn't work so I did the windows recovery which started giving me stop code:critical process died, so then I did a fresh install of windows 11 using a usb, deleting all partitions to unallocated space, and right after the installation was complete I ran sfc scannow and it said it found corrupt files and repaired them.
