My bluetooth refuses to work.

I bought this new PC maybe about 2-3 weeks ago and it was working perfectly until 9 days ago. I had a couple devices connected to bluetooth (my headphones, a controller, my phone, and a Samsung soundbar). For some reason my bluetooth just stopped connecting to devices. Now it wont pair to known devices, let me remove already paired devices (just says remove failed) or establish new connections. My bluetooth icon is still in my system tray and still searches for new devices but nothing populates.
