My Bluetooth option isn't showing up.. how do I fix this?

Hi. My bluetooth has been acting up for the past couple months, but today it just completely disappeared. I went to settings to try to locate what was going on, and it didn't even give me the option to turn bluetooth off or on. I tried troubleshooting my computer, didn't work. I tried resetting my computer as a whole, didn't work. I even checked to see if my computer had to update.. nothing. I'm a bit confused, and very very lost. It seems like I've been scrolling looking for a solution for a couple hours now.. and nothing is working. If somebody could help me that would be perfect.. thank you
