My bluetooth option has stopped working and I can't restart it. How can tech support help me fix this?

The PC shows the bluetooth Icon in the settings app but whenever I select it, it says my device is not compatible with bluetooth. This has to be an error since I was exclusiveley using bluetooth previously.
