My Bluetooth is incorrectly functioning - Issue listed below - Windows 11

To start :Bluetooth Icon in the system tray(?) does not change to blue/activated colour. It does not show "Not connected" either.I can not add devices, as the bluetooth system screen crashes once I click which form of device I would like to connect.I can not remove devices, it seems to start removing the device but fails to do so (constant text of "removing device")I have uninstalled the bluetooth device in device management & restarted, several times.I have ran updates on the bluetooth device, "it is up-to-date".I have went into services.msc and uninstalled/restarted the bluetooth support
