My bluetooth is disconnecting from my bluetooth headset and disappering from task bar and device manager.

My laptop is windows 11. My bluetooth is disconnecting from my bluetooth headset and disappering from task bar and device manager. In device manager it was in hidden icons. I did various method like reinstalling the driver and updatting it. In services too I restart and change the system from manual to automatic but no use. But in user support service I can't change it it remain as manual. Ehat can I do to solve it. Whwn asked from the store where i bought my laptop they said they will reinstall the laptops whole window is it okay
