My bluetooth headset can only pair, not connect.

My bluetooth headset as of today for some reason cannot connect. I have tried every solution I've found onlineTurning on and off bluetooth and pcRolling back most recent windows updateUpdating windows to currentClean installing driversConnecting it via control panel vs just add bluetoothChecking playback devicesAnd checking its services and propertiesEach time and each attempt fails to change anything at all and I remain unable to ever seemingly connect to my headset.
