My bluetooth headphones stuttering and voice crackling

when i connect my Bluetooth headphones to windows 11 and play any media then i suffer constantly voice crackling or voice stuttering when go to control panel and check events in properties section then i saw device not migrated and on seeing further information it shows -Device settings for BTHENUM\{0000110b-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_VID&000105d6_PID&000a\7&1709476d&0&950DFC1A58A1_C00000000 were not migrated from previous OS installation due to partial or ambiguous device match.
