My bluetooth headphones don't produce sound, and are acting like they're disconnected.

I have 2 different pairs of wireless headphone (one is headphones, the other is ear buds), and both either disconnect or just stop working 3 seconds after connecting to the pc.At first I thought the problem was with the devices, but they work just fine on my phone and my sisters pc so the problem must be in my pc.
