My Bluetooth headphones are stuttering on my Windows 11 PC

okay so I've tried all the google solutions (reinstall drives, turn off wifi, disable sound enhancements, turn off handsfree telephony and remotely controllable device, check for updates, use troubleshooter) but it still won't work, I have tested these headphones on a macbook which made me think it was a windows problem then I tested it on another windows 11 PC so now I know it's a me problem and I wanna know if theres a solution you can think of (the headphones are ATH M50x if that matters and I tried a wired connection on my PC which worked fine so it's 100% a bluetooth problem)
