my bluetooth button is gone

i tried runnign trobleshoot, it doesnt worki also tried checking if there is a driver issue from device manager, even if i show hidden files its not therealso my brightness doesnt change immediately, i have to set the brightness and restart the pc for it to apply, kinda gave up on it since it didnt really affected me but since i am at it
