My battery is decreasing while plugged in, how can I fix it?

I had been using the same charger for a while, and it was working fine, although it wasn't the one the laptop originally came with so it charged significantly slower. Anyway, recently its been going down instead of up, and even when using two chargers at once and trying different chargers, it continues to go down. Please help, how can I fix this?
