All of a sudden, my laptop (Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 i5) does not hold a charge. the battery icon states "0% remaining" and when i unplug the power cord it turns off immediately. I cannot revert back to an older version of Windows 11, and I have updated everything i can. I Have recently updated to windows 11 24H2.On device manager, under batteries, only "Surface Battery" appears, and there is no "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" battery driver at all.
