My bank account has been charged for my subscription but my Microsoft account is showing as unpaid

Hi,My bank account has been charged for my subscription cost from account Microsoft 36 Msbill.info. Yet when I log into my Microsoft account it's still asking for payment to renew the subscription. What's going on?
