My audio is on but no sound is coming out

[Windows 11]

All of my audio drivers show that they are fine but whenever I run the audio diagnostics it says it's a driver problem. the problem is that when it trys to fix it, it always fails. I've tried to redownload the windows while preserving my data. Is factory reset my only option right now? I have an alienware m16 btw.
