My audio doesn't work after I restored my Windows state to 2 days ago.

After I restored my state my sound doesn't work, I tried everything, reinstalling my drivers, restarting Windows Audio service and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder service, I tried updating the drivers, switching speakers, etc.It also doesn't let me update Windows and it just throws me this error message "0x800706f4".I've tried to fix it for hours now restarting and force restarting, it just doesn't work.If it helps I have an Asus TUF laptop with Realtek(R) Audio speakers
