My application windows are flickering different colours, usually bright?

Hello. I am experiencing a problem in which the a few of my application windows are flickering bizarre colours, seemingly responding to mouse clicks. I have tried reinstalling Nvidia drivers, suggested cmd prompt commands and checking personalization and monitor colour schemes. I am running a custom build:MSI Ventus OC 8gb 4060Amd Ryzen 7 7700X32gb (2x16) DDR5 RAMGigabyte b650m x ax gaming I have attatched two different videos of it occuring, one on Ubisoft Connect, and one on Fspy (a 3d blockout program).
