My All in 1 PC can't detect its own camera when its in Monitor mode

I have an old (windows 10) All-in-1 standalone PC that has a built-in camera and I hooked it up to my new PC as a monitor but it can't detect its camera. I've tried updating the driver when its in standalone mode but it still won't detect it.
