My admin email got compromised.

One of my emails got compromised. Unfortunately, it is the same email that i use for the Admin . I tried to change it but it tells me that this email doesn't exist. I tried to log in at this *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but it states the the "this account doesn't exist". When I try to log in to my other hotmail accounts, Microsoft wants to send me a code to this particular email which in Microsoft words, it doesn't exist. Please help
