My Acer Nitro 5 display freezes suddenly when i am watching video on chrome and also while startup happens same problem sometimes after latest update

My acer nitro 5 screen freezes frequently now after the latest update, same thing happens during startup also, what should I do?I am on update October 8, 2024—KB5044284 (OS Build 26100.2033).
