My Acer Aspire 3 15-24P R9WY touchpad not working

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with my touchpad. By default, it uses the I2C interface, but in this mode, it doesn’t work at all. However, when I switch it to PS/2 mode (either through BIOS or driver modification), it functions without any problems.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Updating drivers via Device ManagerInstalling the latest chipset and touchpad drivers from the manufacturer’s websiteInstalling all available Windows updateChecking BIOS/UEFI settingsDoes anyone have any ideas on how to get the touchpad working in I2C mode? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
