my account was hacked

Recently, about December 18/19, I feel that my account was indeed hacked. I received several emails, upwards of 57 each day that came in different languages and were sites that I did not ever look up.Then, I had a breach with a cash account thereafter.I am trying to secure this account and just attempted to delete my account; which I then realized would have disabled my everyday email account. I didnt want to do this, so I re-activated but I still feel that my account is at risk.
