My Account locked with no clear reason and no solution to solve it ?

I purchased a new laptop and create an outlook.com email account to use it.I try to login through browser using another computer who use my corporate account and it told me to enter phone number and will send codeHowever, this method is keep on failing. It always give message "Try another verification method" but give no options on what other method that I can use. So I'm no stuck with no solution/options givenRegards,SuryadiIndonesia
