My account is setup wrong and now I’m limited on my laptop.

I created this account last year for my child (under 10) to play Minecraft and forgot about it. We bought a laptop and I used this account, because it’s the only one I know of, to set it up. Now my laptop has a 2 hour restriction on it and I can’t change the birthdate of my account to my birthday (I’m over 40). How do I fix this? Also, I don’t have a guardian account (that’s I know of) to be able to change the restrictions of this account. I don’t know of any other account.
