I need help, I'm trying to recover my microsoft account but when I try to they ask for information to prove that its your account. Now I dont have a lot of information to provide since some dont work or some just cant help me prove. For example the region, theres not even my city or postal code, i type my postal but it says incorrect postal. which leads me to an dead end. Next I tried putting my old password which I assume worked. But then the question "Have you used any of the Microsoft products below with your account before?"
