My Account got hacked and they removed my email from the account

I made a throwaway account to ask this question since you need to be able to sign in to ask anything. My Microsoft account got hacked. The hacker added their own email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and then remove mine before i was able to take action. Now, everytime i try to sign in, it tells me that "this Microsoft account does not exist." I think i had 2 factor on but im not sure, the robot on the phone is NO help at all. what can i do?
