My account doesn't work

Help.. I keep getting logged out of my account on Microsoft Learn or asked to check if I have a different account or create one with my email. But I have created an account 1000 times with the same email now.. I have tried to delete my business account to see if that's the one blocking for my private account to work... But apparently that's not it.. I have tried contacting support which is impossible without being logged in, and since i keep getting logged out I can't contact support. Neither can I see my previous exam result or book a new certification exam.. Please someone help..Sorry for wr
