My account been desactivated. Cant access to my laptop dell7680

Hi. My account been locked. I cant access to my laptop dell7680. Is it writed to Write to the administrator. I guess is cause i write à powershell command to lock distance access cause i Was thinking been hacked. I didot Know it break the rules. It s harder cause i loose the access to all of my password.
