My accessories such as keyboard,mouse,microphone and speakers remain turned on after I shut off the pc,how can I fix this?

Yesterday my new PC arrived.It all went well until I shut it off,when my USB accessories remained turned on.I tried to turn it on and off again,nothing helped.I'm pretty sure it is a BIOS issue,however I need help fixing it.Motherboard model:ASUS Prime H610M-R D4If any information is needed,I will provide it accordingly.Thank you.
