My 2 account email are blocked due several connections with wrong password

My 2 account email are blocked due to several connections with wrong password. Since two days can’t open none of my emails. What to do? Also my phone number that associate to my email doesn’t work. They say try another method I don’t received any codes to my phone! Need help. Thank you
