Music playing whilst on teams

The last several Teams meetings I've had my computer decides to start audio files for no real reason. I've got plugged in headphones on and today it played audio files from my nexus drive, but last time it just hit play on Spotify several times in a row. It seems to start and stop if I do anything with the mic function in teams.
