Multiply PC's do not see the Seagate external 4tb drive when pluged in.

Seagate external drive worked fine. Today multiply PC's do not see the Seagate external 4tb drive when pluged in. Which means that Device Management, file explorer or Diskpart do not see the drive to run any diagonist tests. I also used 2 different usb cables, with no change.
