Multiple Xbox controllers won't connect to my PC

I've recently gotten three wired Xbox controllers with the intent of using them on my Windows 10 PCs. Specifically they are Voyee brand.I plug one in and it works, but if I plug in more I just get a blinking green circle and it shuts off.Using the USB controller config it only shows one controller as connected.When I look at device manager the second controllers show up as "ZD Game for Windows" with a yellow "!" next to it.
