I purchased it in August from a costco in the USA. i did not open it until last week due to trying to fix a different system to transfer data from that one. The new one automatically updated after entering wifi data. However, i didn't know of any errors until i noticed a wacom tablet was not functioning at first. I checked the event viewer. i don't know if they are significant.I just noticed that some say basically that it goes out of sleep mode (i think), due to some error.another one might be related to an internet connection, but i am not sure.but it seemed to show an error every day after
