Multiple Windows Apps Showing "Parameter is incorrect"

Hello,I am the Desktop Support Specialist at my company.I am having issues with apps such as photos, notepad, calculator, and sometimes even paint whenever an attempt is made to open a file of the respective type. Typically, an error popup is shown reading the file path of the file trying to open and "Parameter is incorrect."I have found workarounds:If you go into the app settings and use the repair tool (for each application) and then try to open the respective file types, this fixes the issue but only until the user is logged out or the PC is restarted.
