Multiple mouse clicks

HiIn windows 11, in start menu, i have to right click multiple times on icons/programs before context menu appears. This also happens when i left click on the power button in start menu. This problem started right after updating to 24h2. It's not hardware related since i see the icon get a "magnifying effect" every time i click on it, so i can see that the mouse click is registered, its just the context menu that dosent appear. I usually have to click 2 - 3 times before the context menu appear. This only happens in the start menu. What can be causing this?
