Multiple domain emails gets to spam in outlook/hotmail

I have multiple websites on a VPS. From multiple clients that used outlook/hotmail i heard that they did not received my email and it appeared it was send to the spam folder. I tested this myself with multiple domain emails and multiple outlook accounts, and all the time they end up in the spam folder. Also when i say a email is safe from domainX then the next time it wil just end up in the spam folder again.


I have set up Spf records, Dkim records and when viewing the email source in outlook I find no fail and only passes. I'm very curious what the cause of this might be.
