Multiple different BSODs after CPU upgrade

[Windows 11]

Specs: Intel Core i5-11400Gigabyte Aorus b560m Pro AX16 GB (2x8) 3200mhz ramEVGA 1660 superSamsung 980 EVO 1 TBCrucial MX500 1TBI replaced my i3-10100f with an i5-11400 and immediately ran into blue screens upon startup. Tried many fixes such as checking ram through windows built in verifier and SFC checks, etc. Returned CPU in case it was damaged and got a different one of the same model, exact same problems.
