Multiple BSOD everytime I start Laptop

Since last year Summer whenever I start up my laptop it crashes after a couple seconds and pushes me into BSOD, this happens approximatley 3 to 4 times until i get into the bitlocker screen, which i skip and load into windows normally, what i also noticed is that whenever i plug the charger out of the laptop it crashes either instantly or shortly after, I'll attach a google drive link to the minidump files Minidump files - Google Drive you
