multiple bluescreens on new computer

Recently i built a new computer and it seems to have always had trouble with random bluescreens. The bluescreens have survived multiple driver updates, an OS reset, a RAM swap, and more. One of the most common bluescreen error codes is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, and im not too sure where to go from here.here's a link to multiple minidumps: Microsoft OneDrive (this is a zip file, if you need it in a different form just lmk)
