Multiple Accounts on Windows PC; one using Onedrive wiped out the other account and it can no longer sign on.

I was not using One Drive on my microsoft account and I had one user on my windows PC. I started using Onedrive under a different account on the same windows PC and started to sync my files from the second account on my PC. It stopped half way through. Now the original user account on the PC has been deleted with all its files and I can no longer access it.
