Multiplayer not working.

My child cannot play Minecraft multiplayer. I've set XBox and Microsoft to allow multiplayer in my family settings, in fact I gave him permissions for EVERYTHING. I've changed his age to be above 18 and NOTHING WORKS. This is why people hack your trash. I'm about to do the same, at least it will work. FIX YOUR GARBAGE.
