Multi monitor issues Windows 11

I recently had to update my motherboard, and am using Rog Strix B550. At the same time I've upgraded to Windows 11. I have the same three monitors as I've been using in Windows 10 for ages with no issues, but now I have a strange problem. I have a Dell U2410 which I use as the main display, a smaller Dell E153FP (VGA) which I use for extra space and a Cintiq Pro24 for working on. In the past, I have used the two Dell monitors on their own when I'm not working on the Cintiq as it's a waste of power having all three on unnecessarily.
